About us

Our journey started in 2020 when we discovered that our HOA hired a convicted serial embezzler as our CFO to manage our HOA bank accounts. According to the News Release, $550,000 was stolen. Since then, we have been trying to find out if those HOA Homeowner funds have been replenished. Our Bylaws state that the HOA Board of Directors must audit our HOA accounts on a monthly basis, but they never did. As a result, our funds were easily stolen. After trying to amicably settle this matter, we are in litigation with the Developer, our HOA, and the HOA Property Management Company.  After realizing other communities within South Carolina have had HOA problems of abuse and bad business practices, we decided to create this Movement.

We welcome other HOA community members throughout the State of South Carolina to join us.  

We have been discussing this Movement with South Carolina Representatives and they are willing to join the fight.

This Coalition stands for the rights of the HOA Homeowner.
